We’ll start the morning with a feel-good yoga flow led by Riva high above Manhattan at the stunning Penthouse in the Hotel on Rivington. With it's floor-to-ceiling windows we'll have the perfect panoramic views of NYC while we flow.

After class we’ll unwind with refreshments, snacks, and other wellness goodies like mini Chiropractic sessions (with your choice of Adjustment, Stretching, Myofascial Release, Cupping, or Taping) as we connect with like-minded members of our wellness community.
