踏入一年一度的「法國五月」，Penfolds 將聯同 Sukiyaki Isekuma 壽喜燒伊勢熊 於5月21日 (星期四) 晚上19:00 舉行一場別開生面的美酒佳餚活動：「Penfolds法國佳釀系列晚宴」
屆時 Penfolds 將以旗下四款法國精品佳釀配搭由日籍主廚星克哉所設計的時令會席料理，與你體驗法國葡萄酒跟壽喜燒及和牛料理產生優雅而創新的化學作用。

Dr. Loosen is a renowned German winery that has been producing exceptional Riesling wines for over 200 years. Founded in 1805 by Johann Bernhard Loosen, the winery is located in the Mosel region, one of the most prestigious wine regions in Germany, now owned by Ernst Loosen who took over the family business in 1988.
As a member of the German VDP (Verband Deutscher Prädikatsweingüter) association, Dr. Loosen is known for its commitment to producing wines of the highest quality, using traditional winemaking techniques that have been passed down through generations.
The winery’s vineyards are situated on steep slopes with slate soils, which impart a unique mineral character to the wines. Dr. Loosen produces a diverse range of Riesling wines, from the entry-level Estate Riesling to the premium single-vineyard bottlings such as Erdener Prälat。

🍇About the Vineyard 傳奇的日晷園|
A historic, south-facing vineyard situated on the right bank of the Mosel Valley in Germany. Recently recognized by Wine Spectator magazine as one of the "10 Greatest Vineyards in the World," it stands alongside iconic sites like Romanée-Conti and Montrachet.
The vineyard’s name, meaning "Sundial," comes from a sundial built into the slopes in 1842, which also signifies its perfect southern exposure. Its steep slopes are composed entirely of ancient blue Devonian slate—a soil that provides excellent drainage and heat absorption.
This unique terroir is what imparts unparalleled elegance, raciness, and graceful longevity to its Rieslings, making it the definitive model for the refinement of Mosel Riesling.
Wehlener Sonnenuhr位於摩澤爾河谷右岸，是一座極負盛名的葡萄園。 它被《Wine Spectator》雜誌評選為「世界十大葡萄園」之一，與羅曼尼康帝、蒙哈謝等傳奇地塊齊名。
葡萄園的名字意為「日晷」，源於1842年在陡坡上建造的一座日晷，同時也標誌著其擁有完美的朝南向陽條件。園內的陡坡土壤完全由古老的藍色泥盆紀板岩構成，這種土壤排水性極佳且善於吸熱。獨特的風土賦予了其雷司令葡萄酒無與倫比的優雅、清爽的酸度以及陳年潛力，使其成為定義摩澤爾雷司令精緻風格的典範。

- 若在活動開始前48小時或更早收到退款申請，將收取15%的管理費，剩餘金額將記入您下次購買的金額，有效期限自活動日期起6個月內。
- 若在活動前48小時內或活動後收到退款申請，則不予退款。
- 如有任何爭議，MyiCellar保留最終決定權。
Event Absence and Refund Policy
- If a refund request is received 48 hours or before prior to the event, an 15% administration fee will be charged, and remaining amount will be credited for your next purchase and valid for 6 months since event date.
- If a refund request is received within 48 hours prior to the event or after the event, no refund will be eligible.
- MyiCellar reserve the right of final decision in case of dispute.
