We are delighted to welcome you to a carefully curated wine dinner hosted by Ms. Letizia Patanè, Export Manager of Vini Franchetti, offering an engaging exploration of one of Italy’s most distinctive estates.
The evening pairs a sequence of thoughtfully prepared Cantonese dishes with a fine selection of Franchetti and Contrada wines, beginning with the freshness of Passobianco IGP 2021 and progressing through the expressive single-vineyard wines of Etna. The experience culminates with the depth and structure of Franchetti IGT 2021, before concluding on a light, refreshing note. Guided by Ms. Patanè’s insight, this promises a refined and memorable evening of exceptional wine and gastronomy.
