This pelvic floor workshop will help you understand why leaking happens with lifting and running and what to do about it. You’ll learn practical strategies for breathing, bracing, and coordinating your pelvic floor to reduce symptoms during workouts and daily life.
We’ll also cover how to confidently train during pregnancy and postpartum. The goal is to give you simple, actionable tools so you can keep doing what you love without fear or limitation.
