Does your child need care for a chronic condition (like ADHD, allergies and asthma), have a minor illness (ear pain, sore throat, stomach aches), need non-emergent mental health care, a well-child visit (including sports physicals) or vaccinations? Our Pediatric Mobile Clinic is a clinic on wheels, bringing quality healthcare directly to your child at convenient locations in your community, like schools or the county health department.
We accept many insurance plans, including private insurance and BadgerCare Plus. If your child has a regular primary care provider, we will work alongside them to ensure seamless care.
Appointments are available for all children 18 years and under, on most days from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. We will be at Adams-Friendship Schools on Tuesdays, March 24, April 7 and 21. We will be at Adams County Health and Human Services on Monday, April 13.
Schedule is subject to change. Same day appointments are welcome, based on availability.

If making an appointment on a day the clinic is located at the Adams-Friendship schools and your child is attending school, they may leave class for their appointment.
We now accept Security Health insurance (commercial and Medicaid).
