Are you ready to feel fabulously pampered and totally relaxed?
This class focuses on destressing mind, body & spirit and receiving healing through gentle touch around the face and scalp for each person along with some guided deep relaxation.
We will begin the evening with focused breathing techniques (seated or lying down as you wish) for balance and harmony, following and directing the energy flow in and around the body.
We will then use some very simple movement practices for creating peace and zen within. And the evening will finish with a guided relaxation of the whole body and each person will receive a short, but powerful experience of healing touch using techniques taken from Facial Reflexology (Dien Chan Zone), infused with Reiki healing for each person.
