The Peaceful Soul runs regular classes, courses, healing events & workshops most Thursdays during the year. This is the fourth of a series of beautiful offerings of connecting with beings of the mystical and magical realms. This session opens up our connection to the the upper realms (as described in shamanic journeying terms) and the vast cosmic or spiritual field. Here will seek benevolent healing forces which may be experienced as pure light, light beings, 'star people', or indeed angels.
As we enter the season of spring and lighter days, this will bring a real lift to your own energy.
Whether or not you believe light beings, angels or high vibrational light beings are real entities of the invisible realms or a figment of the imagination matters not in accessing the benefits of this session.
You will be guided into a state of deep relaxation, lightness and expanded consciousness. You will open spiritually to invite connection so that you can engage your imagination and/or your deepest intuition to reveal to you a profoundly healing bringer of light and spiritual or cosmic energy.
We will use some very simple, but effective movement and/or breath practices amplify our opportunity to create connections with these otherworldy beings of light. This will prepare us for the final stage of the session where we will go on a guided shamanic journey to to the upper realms to receive healing directly from a light being.
There is always an element of flexibility within these sessions to suit those who come and how they find themselves on the day. They can be adapted to suit all levels of experience of meditation, shamanic journeying and/or mobility. The wonderful thing about this session is it really doesn't matter if you believe in this 'kind of thing' or not. When we engage the childlike quality of imagination, curiosity and creativity, the mind and body respond accordingly and it can be incredibly powerful. These sessions are interactive & sociable as well as relaxing, spiritual and empowering so they bring a beautiful and wholesome sense of nourishment of the soul so please know you are welcome.
This completes our set of 'Connecting with...' mythical, mystical and magical energies sessions although we may well revisit them in the future.
