Are you a professional facing new challenges, experiencing burnout, or looking for more balance, peace and quality in your life? How has the last year gone for you? How has the pandemic and return to work affected your work and home life? Where do you stand now? And what lies ahead?
Explore these questions as you are guided through practices of visualization, stretch and breathwork. Explore the way the reflective practices of ancient yoga can help us to relax and bring insights. Meet with other participants in small groups and bring forward your questions with Swami Sukhananda.
You will need an uncluttered space, comfortable clothing, a journal and pen.

Date & Time: This online session is on Saturday, September 7th, 2024 from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm PDT. Please ensure that you have checked to see what time this is in your timezone.
Location: This session will be held online using Zoom.
Enrolment: Online classes are limited. If the class is full, you will have the option to join a wait list.
Accessing the Online Class:
Once you register, you will receive an email from EventBrite with a link to the Online Event Page which has information on how to join the class via Zoom. You will need to be logged into EventBrite with the same email address you used to purchase the class in order to access the Online Event Page.
This online class includes small group work so we ask that you connect with your own device if multiple people from your household are participating.

About Swami Sukhananda
Swami Sukhananda (Dr Jayne Boys) was formerly an adviser to governments on sustainability, environmental and organizational issues. She first met Swami Radha in 1988 and was deeply moved by her experience. Sukhananda now lives and teaches yoga at Yasodhara Ashram and in Europe. She is a historian whose articles about Swami Radha’s work have appeared in British and North American yoga magazines. While enjoying the beauty of the Ashram, she is inspired by witnessing the progress participants make during their online sessions. “The transformative effects of the meditation practices and the reflective and discussion processes have adapted so effectively online.
