PDX Jazz presents Student Sessions at AC Hotel Portland Downtown
Spring 2026 features students from Portland State University and Lewis & Clark College. This is a FREE community show.
Portland native Weston Stuart is a pianist and composer currently studying jazz piano at Portland State University. His playing is heavily influenced by the energy and sound of Hard Bop musicians from the 1950s and 60s, along with gospel music and the blues. Weston’s passion for this music is clearly shown on and off the bandstand, along with his will to swing.
