PAWS & PRESENCE- A sound healing experience for both humans and their dog.

We’re so excited to welcome you to Paws & Presence, a unique sound healing experience designed for both humans and their beloved dogs.

This calming session will take place at:
Soma Home, Studio 4, Church Street, N16 9PH

During the session, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation through gentle sound healing using soothing instruments and frequencies.

Benefits:

For humans, sound healing helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, support emotional balance, and create a sense of grounding and presence.

Dogs are naturally sensitive to sound and vibration, and many respond beautifully to sound healing. The gentle frequencies can help them relax, release tension, and feel more settled — particularly beneficial for dogs who are sensitive, overstimulated, or anxious.

Most importantly, this session offers a beautiful opportunity for bonding. Sharing a calm, mindful experience together can strengthen the connection between you and your dog, creating a shared sense of safety, trust, and relaxation.

Simply come as you are with your furry friend.

If you wish, you’re very welcome to bring your dog’s own bed or blanket for extra comfort — this is especially recommended if your dog can feel a little anxious in new environments, as familiar scents can help them settle more easily.

🔔 Important information

All dogs are welcome to join this special sound healing session. However, to ensure a calm and safe environment for everyone, we kindly ask that dogs attending are comfortable around other dogs and able to remain relaxed in a shared group setting.

Sound healing can be very soothing and beneficial for anxious dogs, helping to promote relaxation and balance. That said, if your dog experiences high levels of anxiety in unfamiliar environments or around other dogs and may struggle to settle, we encourage you to carefully consider whether this group setting will feel supportive and comfortable for them.

This session is not suitable for anyone under 18 years old

No show to the event unfortunately will not get a refund. Refunds can be done 7 days before the event only.

Please note that late arrivals will not be permitted once the session has begun, as entering during the meditation and sound healing can disrupt the experience for others. To ensure a calm and uninterrupted space for everyone, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. We recommend arriving 5-10 min early.

Cass is a Reiki Master, sound healer and breathwork facilitator who creates inclusive, heart-centred healing experiences. She is passionate about making healing accessible to everyone — including dogs — because she believes wellbeing shouldn’t be reserved only for stressed adults. Deeply attuned to energy and sound, Cass designs gentle sound healing sessions that support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and emotional balance for both humans and animals. Her events are calm, nurturing spaces where people and their dogs can unwind together, connect, and simply be.
