Paws & PaintA Creative Way to Help Shelter Dogs
Join us for a fun and meaningful morning of art and animal advocacy at Paws & Paint! This unique event combines creativity with compassion as participants are guided step-by-step by an instructor to paint one of our shelter’s long-time resident dogs—a special pup who has been patiently waiting for their forever home.
By painting their portrait, you’re helping bring awareness and visibility to a dog who deserves a second chance. Even better, the dog you’ll be painting will be present at the event and available for adoption, so you can meet the very soul you’re helping support.
No experience needed!
All materials are provided, and our instructor will guide you through the entire painting process. Just bring yourself and get ready to have fun while making a difference.
Why it matters:
Every dollar raised from this event goes directly back into the care of the dogs in our shelter—helping provide food, medical care, enrichment, and the resources they need while waiting for loving homes.

Spots are limited, so be sure to reserve your seat and come enjoy a relaxing morning of painting, community, and helping shelter dogs find their way home.
This event is for guests 18 and older and will take place on the second floor of the Cumming Arts Center. Please note that access is via stairs only; there is no elevator.
