Rise & Thrive with The Collection at Forsyth this spring! We are offering a complimentary outdoor fitness series designed to energize your Saturdays and bring the community together.
Join us every Saturday in April on The Green for free fitness classes led by BodyRok and Pure Barre. Each week features a rotating studio, offering a mix of strength-focused and low-impact, high-energy workouts that are welcoming for all fitness levels.
Classes take place from 9:00–11:00 AM, making it the perfect way to kick off your weekend before grabbing brunch, shopping, or enjoying the rest of the center.

Classes will be 50 minutes followed by a Wellness Hour of locally curated wellness-centric vendors.
Whether you’re a regular in the studio or trying something new, Rise & Thrive is all about movement, balance, and community: no membership required.
