~ Mi a fenét keres egy agresszív rap számban egy kacsasíp? Hogy kapcsolódik ehhez a hegedű, és a gospeleket idéző orchestra? Mi ez a nagyon ismerősen csengő, mégis sosem hallott dallamvilág és ha már itt tartunk, mi ez a minden stílusból építkező, de semmivel össze nem hasonlítható összélmény? Pavilon.
Az alternatív neofolk-punk rap duót egy testvérpár alkotja. Irlanda Áron (KUVIK) hegedűvel, gitárral, kazuval, zongorával és különböző sample-ek segítségével olyan beateket gyárt, amik már már műfaji vegyesvágottnak tekinthetők, hiszen egyszerre építkezik a folk, a blues, a rock, a techno, dnb, és természetesen a rap elemeiből is. Erre a zenei egyvelegre Irlanda Kristóf (KAllER) köpködi fel a gyakorta provokatív jambusait.
Zene és szöveg, forma és tartalom, klasszika és progresszió találkozik ebben az igen csak autentikus és családias köntösben. Kell ezt még szaporítani? Fogalmuk sincs, mit tettek le az asztalra, de mindegy is, pont azt jöttek borítani.

~ What the hell is a duck whistle doing in an aggressive rap track? And how does a violin fit into that — or a gospel-inspired orchestra? What is this strangely familiar yet completely unheard melodic world? And while we’re at it, what is this overall experience that pulls from every genre, yet sounds like nothing else? Pavilon.
The alternative neofolk-punk rap duo is formed by a pair of brothers. Áron Irlanda (KUVIK) crafts beats using violin, guitar, kazoo, piano, and various samples — creating something that feels like a genre mashup, drawing at once from folk, blues, rock, techno, drum & bass, and of course, rap. On top of this musical blend, Kristóf Irlanda (KAIIER) spits his often provocative lines.
Music and lyrics, form and content, classic and progressive elements all meet in a sound that feels both authentic and deeply personal.
Do we need to overexplain it? Not really. They might not even know what they’ve put on the table — but that’s kind of the point. They came to shake things up.
