Welcome to Pause & Connect: Meditation & Mindfulness. Join us at the Riverside Social Club, Thursday, May 14 for a Circle of Calm gathering, an evening of meditation, gentle movement, journaling, intention-setting, meaningful conversation, and mindful moments.
The theme for our May gathering is Self-Compassion, Not Self-Judgment: Showing Kindness to You. As we move through our busy lives, often on autopilot, we don't always take notice of the words that we say to ourselves- silently in our minds, or whispered aloud. This gathering is about guiding you to pause, notice those words, and build kind compassion for you.
