Weโ€™re looking forward to welcoming you to the introductory session of the Pathways to Potential Programme.
About this Event

This introductory session is designed to welcome you to the programme and walk you through its structure, expectations, and next steps. Youโ€™ll also have the opportunity to meet your matched partner on the programme, connect with others in the cohort, and get answers to any questions you may have.

As this is a pilot programme, you are part of a small, carefully selected group coming together for the first time. The session will bring all participants together in one room, creating space to learn from one another and share perspectives.

Join us for a friendly, hands-on morning where youโ€™ll meet your matched partner and leave with a clear, practical action plan.

Highlights include:

  • Inspiring talks from speakers who have seen first-hand how a single job opportunity can transform a life and a community
  • Access to HR experts who will be on hand to answer questions
  • Meeting your Mentor or SME partner for the first time and locking in your next three sessions
  • An introduction to our practical recruitment guide, designed to take the stress out of hiring and help you get it right from day one
