BECOME A PASTA MAESTRO AT EATALY!
Roll up your sleeves and join us for a hands-on pasta-making class at Eataly London!
In this interactive experience, our expert chefs will guide you through the art of crafting fresh semolina pasta from scratch. You’ll learn how to shape a variety of traditional pasta types—such as gnocchetti sardi, cavatelli, and more- and pair them with a classic basil pesto.
The evening begins with a welcome glass of Prosecco, followed by step-by-step instruction from our chef, who will cook alongside you and answer any questions throughout the class.
Each participant will receive:
- A detailed digital recipe card
- A class diploma, signed by our chef

Important information:
- This class is not suitable for gluten-free guests, but it is suitable for vegetarians (please inform us in writing a few days before the class if you have vegan requirements)
- Due to the layout of our kitchens and operations, we are unable to guarantee against cross-contamination.
- This class is designed for adults unless otherwise specified. Participants from the age of 14 and under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult and pre-agreed with Eataly in writing.
- Recipes and ingredients used in this class are fixed and cannot be modified.
- If more than 8 guests are attending, some participants may be required to share equipment and workspace. Don’t worry, everyone will prepare and enjoy their own dish from scratch!
- Additional drinks, aside from welcome drink, are not included in the ticket fee and will be charged separately.
Ticket policy:
- ·Tickets are not refundable.
- If you are unable to attend, you may:
- Send someone to attend in your place (all they need is your tickets' QR codes)
- Request to reschedule for another date within the same month, subject to availability. This request must be made at least 5 working days before your original class date, to be considered.
- La Scuola requires a minimum of 5 participants per class. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered the option to transfer to another session or receive a full refund. You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance if this occurs.
