I’m hosting a series of relaxed evening gatherings at Glen Urquhart Public Hall, Drumnadrochit] to share some of my training with the local community.
It’s a chance to have fun, make friends & learn the timeless principles of resilience for everyday well-being & community resilience.
These evenings include:
• Light primal movement to reconnect with the body (so wear comfy clothes you can move in).
• Practical, beginner-friendly survival skills.
• Conversation about resilience & community in the modern world
This is NOT an extreme survival bootcamp!
It’s about building real-world awareness, confidence, and connection in a grounded, human way while having fun in the process.
These evenings also gives you a taster of other training I will be leading in the woods later in the year.
