Our local group offers a non-judgmental, supportive atmosphere to all parents to share the frustrations and the joys of parenting, and access accurate information about babies and breastfeeding.We support all families. You are welcome if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, mixed feeding, bottle feeding, exclusively expressing or weaned. We chat in a relaxed setting and there is often access to a breastfeeding counsellor who can assist you with any breastfeeding questions, worries or issues you may be having.
What we offer
Our group holds regular meets on Monday mornings 9:30 - 11:30am (not on public holidays, with a short break over summer - click on "Calendar" to check) at Gumnuts Family Centre, 8 Mudalla Way, Koongamia (in the same building as the Koongamia Child Health Centre).
The Gumnut Family Centre venue is accessible to prams and wheelchairs and disabled parking is available. The outdoor play area is fully fenced and gated.
