About this Event
In this hands-on workshop, young writers will look for stories in a range of unusual historical materials, including obituaries of a stolen prince, a book printed on a frozen river, and a menu that features elephant soup! Together with author Rebecca Higgie, we'll craft brand new tales and learn how to find inspiration in the odd bits of history.
Our school holidays programs are popular and often sell out. If this event has sold out, please join the waitlist and we’ll do our best to contact you when a spot becomes available.
Please book in as spaces are limited. For all inquiries contact Midland Public Library on (08) 9267 9020.
Please note that this program is suitable for ages 14 - 16, and is a hands-on workshop. Photographs and videos may be taken of the event. Please book one ticket for each person attending.
