About this Event
🥦 Tired of food fights at the table?
If you’ve ever begged your child to “just eat one more bite,” hidden sweets out of fear they’ll eat too many, or worried that talking about food or weight could harm your child’s confidence… this workshop is for you.

- Create calm, stress-free mealtimes without bribery or battles
- Support your child’s body confidence at every age

âś… Simple approaches to encourage body neutrality, confidence, and respect for diversity
đź’ˇ Why This Workshop Is Different
This isn’t about rules or “perfect parenting.” It’s about creating space to pause, reflect, and find gentler, more effective ways to raise children who enjoy food and feel good in their bodies.
I bring together my experience working with clients with eating disorders and my own personal journey as a parent, searching for answers to the same questions many of you ask:
- How can I talk about food without guilt or pressure?
- How do I encourage body confidence when the world sends such mixed messages?
- How do I make mealtimes less stressful for everyone?
This workshop grew out of that curiosity. It’s not a lecture — it’s a safe, supportive space where parents can share honestly, question old habits in a positive way, and walk away with practical tools that work in real life.
Because while perfect parenting doesn’t exist, what we can do is keep learning, keep improving, and grow alongside our children. And that’s what makes this time together so valuable.

👩‍⚕️ About the Speaker
I’m Susanna Fall, a Nutritional Therapist and Pharmacist with advanced training in eating disorders, obesity, body image, NLP coaching, Emotional Freedom Technique for eating disorders, and functional medicine. In my clinical work, I’ve supported people struggling with complex relationships with food and self-image, helping them find balanced ways forward.
But I’m also a parent — and like many of you, I’ve wrestled with the everyday questions: Am I saying the right things about food? How do I protect my children’s body confidence in today’s world? How can I make mealtimes less stressful for everyone?
These questions inspired me to create NourishParents, a service that helps mums and dads and caregivers build healthier habits for themselves so they can model and pass them on to their children.
My approach combines science, clinical insight, and lived parenting experience. I don’t believe in perfect parenting — but I do believe we can create calmer mealtimes, healthier relationships with food, and more confident kids when we learn and grow together. That’s why I’m so passionate about sharing this workshop with you.
