Parent Workshops: Conscious Parenting in Today's World
Jenn Wert, a professional parent coach, will host monthly parent circles (each with a different focus) for those with children ages 2-12. She'll cover ways to shift your mindset in order to parent more holistically as well as offer tactical steps to practice at home so that your values and intentions are what guide your parenting. These are the years you're laying the foundation for your life-long relationships with your children. Please join us for one circle or as many as you can! They'll build on each other but can also be attended ad-hoc without issue.

- What sturdy, self-reflective parenting is
- How to slow down to be more present with your children
- How to understand what their behavior is telling you
- The importance of modeling self-compassion
- How to prioritize connection and relationship

Monday 4th November: 9-10 AM Imperfection & Vulnerability Learn how to embrace your imperfections as well as your kiddos by allowing for more vulnerability in your home.**Jenn's
Jenn's Bio:
With almost thirty years of experience and study, Jenn is an expert in social and emotional intelligence, helping parents lead with connection, curiosity and emotional regulation. As a mother, educator, speaker and parent coach, Jenn supports parents of kiddos aged 2-12 to help them better understand and connect more deeply with their children. The preschool - elementary school years are when the foundation is laid. By bringing more consciousness to parenting during these crucial years, Jenn ensures families enter adolescence with more ease.
