About this Event
In honor of Mental Wellness Month, we invite parents and caregivers to slow down, breathe, and connect with their little ones through gentle movement and mindful moments.
This parent & child yoga experience is led by local yoga instructor Angela Pagulayan and is thoughtfully designed to support caregiver well-being while nurturing connection and bonding with your infant or toddler. No yoga experience is needed—this class is welcoming, flexible, and judgment-free.
We will be offering two sessions:
- Parent & Infant Yoga | 10:30–11:30 AM
- Parent & Toddler Yoga | 11:30 AM–12:30 PM
Each session includes simple, parent-guided movement, breathing exercises, and moments of calm in a supportive environment. Babies and toddlers are welcome to move, rest, feed, or be comforted as needed—come exactly as you are.
Following each session, families are invited to stay and enjoy light drinks and snacks, connect with other caregivers, and tour our Guidepost Montessori Old Town campus.
What to Bring
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Blanket for your child (optional)
