Paradiso Festival returns to Aegina on the Holy Spirit weekend for its second and significantly more evolved edition!What started as an idea a few years ago is now unfolding into something far bigger: a lineup the island has never seen before, a true legend of the bar industry flying in for two exclusive guest shifts, and a brand-new Cinema Stage set within the beautiful Kollatos Estate.
Saturday, May 30
Make A Dance (Josh Ludlow & Ben Lewis) land at Inn On The Beach, one of the most in-demand duos out there right now, with a global schedule that barely leaves them time to breathe. Backed by names like Optimo and running a label that consistently feeds the scene with high-quality dance music, they bring exactly what you’d expect: piano-rich 90s Italo-house, exotic edits, weird B-sides and unapologetic party bombs, the kind of euphoric energy that has taken them to booths like Pikes, Fabric, Glastonbury and, of course, Love International.
Joining them, ClubKid, the unstoppable force behind the sold-out Slam nights, who’s now steadily building momentum beyond Greece, and Christian Disko, founder of Paradiso, stepping in for a 3-hour Balearic set crafted specifically for this night.
Behind the bar, Max La Rocca takes over with Ghost Tequila, creating cocktails exclusively for the occasion. Expect a hot night, in every sense.
Sunday, May 31
The day starts with Ruf Dug and honestly, any day that starts like this is already a good one. Sarpas Beach transforms into the Radar Stage, the perfect setting to welcome the Mancunian legendary selector, known for his residencies at Pikes Ibiza and NTS Radio. As Bradley Zero put it best: “He is the epitome of everything we stand for and an inspiration for all we aim to blossom into.”
Alongside him, Pene, Radar’s owner and easily one of the most versatile DJs Greece has to offer and Nicolas, a familiar name to anyone who’s spent time on the island, opening the beach party exactly as it should be opened.
Behind the bar, Max La Rocca steps in for his second guest shift of the weekend, this time in a more exotic setting, accompanied by a specially curated cocktail menu from Radar Bar, bringing its signature flavors straight to the beach.
Later that night, things move to Perdikiotika, one of the most beautiful bars in the country. Roubi Roubi Roubi (Kosmos Radio 93,6)takes over the booth, doing what she does best: moving the crowd through italo, disco and indie dance selections, before the night closes with a long-awaited back-to-back between Pene & Christian Disko.
Cinema Stage — Kollatos Estate (20:30 - 22:30)
A new addition to this year’s program. Two screenings, across Saturday and Sunday, in a specially curated space within the estate, under the artistic direction of Xenia Pirounia.
Saturday features Dimos Avdeliodis’ “The Tree We Hurt” (1986), one of the most delicate and quietly powerful films of Greek cinema.
Sunday brings Panos H. Koutras’ “Xenia” (2014),the acclaimed road movie that swept the Hellenic Film Academy Awards, taking home six awards including Best Film, Director and Screenplay.
All festival activities take place with free admission, made possible with the support of Saronic Ferries, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Barcelo, Budweiser Budvar, Gin Engine, Ghost Tequila, Kirki beer, Pitu & Rooster Rojo.
