Spring is here! And with spring comes spring cleaning. It's that time of year when we all look around and decide that what we've collected over the past years need to find a new home. Freeing ourselves of extra dishes, tools, furniture, decorations, kids toys, old records, etc is cathartic.
There are lots of ways to get rid of stuff (donate to ReStore/Salvation Army, give it to friends, take it to the dump, etc). But one of the best ways is to have a garage sale. Let's get you some money for that old stuff. As they say, one person's junk is another person's treasure! It's typically hard to advertise a garage sale just for yourself, but since you all are part of the Pandosy Neighbourhood why not join the Parade of Garage Sales this year! We do all the advertising. We supply the signs. You just need to price your stuff and put it on a table or blanket in your driveway or in your garage. We will send people to you!
Our second annual Parade of Garage Sales will be great! It's a fun day of selling your stuff and meeting the neighbours. Some local stores and restaurants will also be providing a special one day discount that day.
