🎯 What Are We Looking for in Candidates?
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round
• Willing and able to perform physical work (walking 20,000+ steps/day, lifting up to 50 lbs as needed)
• Excellent reliability (good attendance, on time, consistent performance)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Open and receptive to ongoing feedback
- Approaches work every day with a growth mindset
• Ability to retain information (training is on-the-job and ongoing with lots to learn!)
• Moves with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset
• Interest in building a career, not just a short-term job
• Willingness to commute to job sites across the Lower Mainland
• MUST have a valid BC Driver’s License (N or Full Class 5)
- Learner’s or international licenses cannot be accepted
• Willingness to drive company trucks as trained
