From exquisitely illustrated catalogues and iconic biscuit tins to showstopping window displays and immersive in-store experiences, the conversation will trace how artistic expression has shaped the way we see, taste and experience food at Fortnum’s.

Nodding to the rise of AI, the panel will also reflect on how innovation can and must be balanced with an ongoing commitment to celebrating human creativity, nurturing artistic talent, and preserving the craft that have defined its distinctive aesthetic for centuries.
