About this Event
Ivan L. Munuera and TAKK reimagine the nightclub as a lens to explore architecture’s role in shaping collective life. Nightclubs are presented not merely as interiors of sound and light, but as experimental infrastructures where bodies, technologies, and cultural practices continuously negotiate identity, belonging, and politics. This conversation opens up broader questions about how architecture can respond to shifting social conditions, foster new forms of participation, and expand the ways we imagine being together.
This panel takes place in Exhibit Hall at the Chicago Cultural Center, within an installation by designer Sean Canty.
