The New Traveler Class is our guided introduction to the Palate Atlanta Wine Party experience. Designed for curious drinkers and first-time guests, this session blends education, exploration, and community into one relaxed, high-energy evening.
You’ll taste through our current Wine Party selections, learn how to properly smell, sip, and evaluate wine, and discover why certain bottles rise to the top each season. We’ll cover the fundamentals, body, balance, structure, and style, in a way that feels approachable and interactive, not intimidating.
Expect guided tasting, light wine trivia, open discussion, and time to revisit your favorites before making selections.
