Join us for an evening of pure relaxation and rejuvenation led by MVP Teacher Brittany. You'll practice a few restorative yoga postures designed to release tension and promote deep relaxation. Then recieve the soothing sounds of gentle vibrations during our sound healing portion, allowing your mind and body to harmonize and relax deeper.
