Description
Broaden your repertoire by learning to make an iconic Spanish rice dish filled with a variety of vegetables. As you and your teammates produce this meatless dish that is perfect for feeding the family or casual entertaining, you'll pick up tips on creating a flavorful base - the sofregit- and discover the secret to forming the socarrat or crunchy rice that develops on the bottom of the pan. While the paella simmers, you'll make and enjoy a flavorful small plate of spinach with chickpeas and whip up a simple but stunning dessert.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of Spanish wine with your meal.

At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
