Local watercolor artist Dr. Marc Bard will host his 7th annual Paintings for a Purpose art show at The Winnipesaukee Playhouse in Meredith in July. The community is invited to a special launch party at the Playhouse on July 1 from 4-8 pm to view and purchase Bard’s beautiful, New Hampshire-inspired watercolor art. The show will remain on display at the theater until the end of July. All are welcome to stop in at the launch party or on performance nights to view and purchase original art, prints and note cards. We encourage those attending to also take in one of the theatre’s shows. All of the artwork is generously donated by the artist and proceeds from the event benefit the Winnipesaukee Playhouse and Circle Program.
