About this Event
Join us in the Lower Level of Towne Center from 2 - 4 PM on Saturday, April 20th, for an exclusive painting workshop with artist in residence Richard King. Drawing on his background as an architect and his unique approach to abstract drawing, painting, and sculpture, Richard will share insights into his creative process and techniques.
In this workshop, Richard will guide participants through exercises using tape and paint, to tap into their own imagination and embrace their own artistic expression. Whether you're an experienced artist looking for new inspiration or a novice seeking to explore your creative potential, this workshop offers something for everyone. All material will be provided.
“When you are thinking of making art, it’s often difficult to just start making something. This workshop can help you get past that hesitation and start with simple ways to imagine and create your own work.” - Richard King
