Painting in the Park: Acrylics

Westlake Park is becoming an outdoor artist studio! Sit back and watch local artist AshaAung Helmstetter create a Seattle-inspired acrylic painting, then create your own work of art. All supplies are provided, no experience is necessary and all ages are welcome.

This workshop is led by SilverKite teaching artist AshaAung Helmstetter. AshaAung is an oil painter and mixed media artist based in Seattle’s Central District. She seeks to amplify community connection through her work, creating works that reflect imagination and perseverance.
