Painting-In - painting evening in the pub
Like colouring-in, but on canvas — and for grown-ups
If you’ve ever felt drawn to colouring books as a way to quiet your mind — but struggle to find the time — this painting session is for you.
Think colouring-in for grown-ups: like paint-by-numbers without the numbers, or a colouring book reimagined on canvas. There’s no blank canvas, no pressure to be “good at art,” and no experience needed.
For 2.5 calm, focused hours, you’ll paint on a pre-drawn canvas, gently immersing yourself in colour, brushes, and the simple pleasure of creating. The aim isn’t to learn techniques — it’s to slow down, be present, and enjoy the process.
Each canvas is hand-drawn by me, Mina, the artist facilitating the session. Before we meet, you’ll receive an image of your unique design, ready for you to personalise with your own colour palette during the session.
When? Wednesday 11th of February - 7 to 9.30pm
Where? At People’s Park Tavern - 360 Victoria Park Road - London E9 7BT
You’ll leave with a finished canvas to hang in your home — and, more importantly, with a lighter mind.
All materials are provided. Just arrive, settle in, and paint.
