Lets tap in the spirit of joyful release for the upcoming Festival of Colors (Holi) We will put colors onto canvas while practicing meditative painting and chanting mantras for a powerful healing journey within. This ancient yogic process helps to quiet the mind, deepen intuition, and connect inward. No prior experience is needed.
