About this Event
Join us for a cozy winter evening of creativity, connection, and relaxation at Paint, Sip, & Sound!
We’ll begin the night with delicious seasonal mocktails as everyone settles in and connects. Then Lauren (@soul.water_) a local artist, will guide you step-by-step through a fun and intuitive paint experience, no art skills needed, just come ready to play and express yourself!
After painting, we’ll unwind with a deeply restorative session led by Staci (@savvy_staci) using crystal sound bowls and Yoga Nidra, allowing your mind and body to fully relax and melt into the moment.
All supplies are included, from paint and canvas to yoga beds, blankets and props for the sound bath. Just bring yourself and come as you are.
This is the perfect way to slow down, tap into your creativity, and nurture your well-being during the winter season. We can't wait to create and relax with you!
