Meet your instructor: Stephani Swigert is the Owner, Designer, and Event Planner behind B'loonie Gifts Party Store, a vibrant retail party store and full-service event planning business located in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. With a lifelong connection to the event industry, Stephani brings decades of hands-on experience, creative vision, and a deep passion for helping people celebrate life’s most memorable moments—stress-free.
B'loonie Gifts was founded in 1981, just a few years after Stephani was born, making balloons and celebrations a natural part of her upbringing. By age 15, she was working in the business, gaining experience in every aspect—from customer service and deliveries to display design and creative execution. Over the years, she immersed herself in training across the Midwest, learning balloon décor, basket design, floral design, and overall event styling.
In high school, Stephani took on increasingly creative and leadership roles, eventually cultivating the store’s wedding division and expanding it to include décor rentals and linens. She went on to organize and execute the Lasting Impressions Bridal Show in Sheboygan for 12 successful years, building strong community connections and a reputation for excellence in event planning. After managing the business for five years, she purchased it in 2015 and officially became the owner. Since then, she’s continued to evolve B'loonie Gifts into a one-stop shop for celebrations—offering everything from planning and design to full setup and takedown services, ensuring clients can simply enjoy their special day without the stress.
Stephani is deeply involved in the Sheboygan community. She’s served on PTO boards, supported the band booster club, and participated in countless community events, both personally and professionally. B'loonie Gifts is a proud member of the Sheboygan Chamber of
Commerce, and Stephani has contributed her time and talents to numerous causes including the Above & Beyond Children’s Museum’s Tastefully Childish fundraiser, the Positivity Booth, and many local charity auctions and fundraisers.
When she's not creating unforgettable events, Stephani enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, racing, trap shooting, and exploring anything crafty. Her life’s mission is simple but powerful: enjoy every moment, treat each person with kindness, and happiness will follow.
