Join us Saturday, June 13th for a special Paella Pop-Up at the Oakland Outpost. Temescal Alley will be filled with the aromas of saffron, slow-simmered stock, and fresh paella prepared onsite by Chef Erik Aragon.
A Berkeley native with years spent cooking throughout Spain, Erik will be preparing a generous paella featuring a mix of savory meats and fresh seafood, cooked traditionally in oversized pans right in the alley.
Each ticket includes a paella entrée along with a tasting flight of at least five Sapphire Hill wines, selected to pair beautifully with the rich, vibrant flavors of the meal.
