Curious about yoga but not sure where to start? Join us for a fun and welcoming introductory yoga session designed especially for pickleball players or those curious in learning more about pickleball right here at the facility! This beginner-friendly class will focus on gentle stretching, balance, mobility, and recovery — all things that help you move better on the court and feel great off of it.Whether you’re looking to improve flexibility, prevent injuries, or simply unwind after playing, this is a relaxed opportunity to experience how yoga can support your pickleball game and overall wellness. No prior yoga experience is needed — just bring yourself, comfortable clothes, a yoga mat and an open mind.
This special trial event is a chance to explore yoga in a low-pressure, supportive environment and help us gauge interest in future yoga offerings at the facility.
