About this Event
Join us for a peaceful and energizing 2-hour Paddle & Yoga experience designed to connect you with nature, your body, and your breath.
We’ll begin by gently paddling out together, taking about 20 minutes to glide across the water, allowing you to settle in, unwind, and enjoy the surroundings. Once we arrive at our destination, we’ll transition into a 40-minute gentle yoga flow on shore, focused on stretching, grounding, and mindful movement.
After our practice, we’ll take our time paddling back, soaking in the views and leaving you feeling refreshed, clear, and recharged.
This experience is beginner-friendly and open to all levels. The yoga portion will be slow, supportive, and accessible—perfect whether you’re new to yoga or simply craving a calming reset.
