The Paddle and Pause sessions are weekly adult only sessions, for those wanting to take a “Pause” from their day and do something for themselves. These sessions are open to people of any ability. We will have staff on hand to either give you a safety brief so you can paddle your craft Independently or give you a little more tuition its entirely up to you.
