The Mayor's big ideas challenge: finalists’ celebration and winners' event

This event features a dedicated showcase of the nineteen incredible finalists who have spent months accelerating solutions to tackle health inequalities across West Yorkshire. You will hear directly from the innovators about their journeys, the challenges they’ve overcome, and the impact their work is having on our local communities.
Highlights include:

• A fireside chat: The Mayor of West Yorkshire, Tracy Brabin, discusses the future of innovation and health equality.
• The winners' announcement: Be the first to find out which innovations have secured the top spots.
• Expert panel: Join leaders from the NHS, University of Leeds, and West Yorkshire ICB Innovation Hub as they discuss "The Road Ahead" for health equity and innovation.
• Interactive networking: Explore our "Innovation Journeys" and connect with the local businesses who are driving innovation in health equality forward.

We recognise this event takes place during Ramadan. A quiet space for prayer and reflection will be available throughout the afternoon for those observing.
