About this Event
PactPodz is Chicago’s newest and most innovative professional networking and accountability group community. Designed for entrepreneurs, remote workers, creatives, freelancers, students, driven professionals, and anyone with a goal who’s tired of trying to “go it alone.”
At Momentum Night, we’ll guide you through the PactPodz Momentum Method in small groups. It’s a simple, structured way to reflect, set your goals, and leave with an affirmation you can carry into the month ahead while building strong connections.
This is an expanded version of our daily PactPodz Success Hub where members split up into small groups (or “Pods”) that meet online every weekday morning for 10–15 minutes to speak their goals out loud, reflect on wins and challenges, make lasting connections, and build real momentum by holding ourselves and others accountable.
This isn’t your typical networking event. It’s structured, supportive, and built to create real movement in your work and life. Whether you’re already in a pod or just curious, this event is for you!
Schedule
- 6:00 PM – Drinks and networking
- 6:30 PM – Momentum Method small-group activity
- 7:30 PM – Wrap-up + open networking

PactPodz is a community that blends monthly networking events and structured daily accountability groups. You’re matched into ~4 person Pods that meet online daily to share goals and support each other, with new Pods formed at monthly in-person events.
What happens during the daily check-ins?
Each day, your Pod meets online for ~15 mins to share:
1. Wins & challenges from the previous day
2. Top goals for the day ahead
3. Your “One Big Goal”
4. Your personal affirmation
What time do the daily meetings occur?
As of now, we are offering options for 7:00-7:15AM, 8:00-8:15AM, and 9:00-9:15AM. More options to come!
What does it cost to be in the PactPodz community?
There will be membership fees in the future. Right now, we are focusing on making sure things run smoothly and collecting feedback from our first members. If you decide to participate in these first beta tester groups, you will forever be exempt from those membership as a thank you!
Who is this for?
Anyone with a goal who’s ready to commit. Whether it’s personal, professional, or creative, if you’re willing to show up and speak your goals out loud, PactPodz can help you stay consistent, supported, and connected while you do the work.
