We talk a lot about doing the work. The therapy, the breathwork, the journaling, the boundaries. And all of that matters. But somewhere along the way, we forgot that the whole point of healing is to actually live.
Pa' Nosotras is an event of celebration for women who are doing the healing work AND who are ready to remember that joy is our birthright. To dance. To laugh out loud. To put on your favorite fit and feel your ancestors smile. To be in a room full of women who get it — who are healing AND celebrating at the same time.
Pa' Nosotras is an event that holds all of it. To move your body. To hear the music that raised you. This is your invitation to dance in your culture's colors, connect with your sisters, and let yourself be full — fully present, fully joyful, fully YOU.
