OXYTOCIN has evolved into a deeper, more integrated experience.
This 5th edition brings nervous system regulation through somatic awareness, conscious breathwork, and meditative voice activation, followed by a guided, consent-based Cuddle Puddle.
A conscious evening of friendly connection, neuroscience-informed practices, embodied communication, and nourishing human touch; held in a safe, non-sexual container.

Modern life keeps many nervous systems in a state of hyper-alert; overstimulated, disconnected, and longing for safety.
This experience is designed to gently guide the body back into regulation through the body, not the mind.
We work with:
- Somatics to sense safety from within
- Breath to shift the nervous system from stress into connection
- Meditative voice & sound to stimulate vagal tone and co-regulation
- Conscious, consensual touch as a biological language of trust

Gentle somatic awareness and meditative voice liberation to support vagal stimulation, grounding, and emotional release.
Consent & Boundaries
Clear, embodied communication practices to express YES, NO, and MAYBE — skills transferable to all areas of life.
Guided Cuddle Puddle
A structured, friendly, non-sexual space for consensual touch; held with clarity, choice, and respect.
Sensory Exploration
