About this Event
Get Ready for OWNING HER FIELD!
This event is for female athletes of all levels which includes 3-hours of hands-on coaching and mentorship from certified Strength & Conditoining Coaches Alena Luciani and Rachel Koo with nutritious lunches provided by HoneyBee Meals.
We’re both big believers in the power of sports to build the skills needed for success, and are passionate about passing on that knowledge to the next generation. The weightroom can have a powerful impact on building confidence and discipline in young women.
Our goal is to break down barriers and give these young women the tools they need to feel strong, capable, and ready for anything.

Introduction
Info: Welcome athletes to the event with a quick coaches intro before getting into speed & power! Coach Alena and Coach Rachel will set the tone for the afternoon.

Speed & Power Session
Info: Understand the fundamental pillars of elite athletic performance and learn the basics of how to build speed and produce maximum force!

Strength Session
Info: Athletes will be taken through a full body strength session to learn the fundamental movement patterns and how to implement them in future training programs

Info: Athletes and coaches will discuss important topics in the world of female sport over healthy, nutritious lunches provided by Honeybee meals!
