OUTSIDE WITH THE HOMIES

Event Flow:
We’ll begin with a gentle, all-levels group hike, taking in the beauty of the natural surroundings and grounding into the day together.
At our destination, we’ll transition into a guided yoga session, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath to help you unwind and reset.
We’ll then move into a grounding practice, inviting stillness and presence with the earth beneath us.

To close our time together, we’ll participate in a meaningful ecotherapy exercise, fostering connection, reflection, and appreciation for the environment we share.

What to Bring:

• YOURSELF, sometimes you have to just show up fro you! But trust us, you will not be alone and feel lone.
• Comfortable clothing & hiking shoes
• Yoga mat or blanket
• Water + Sun screen
• An open mind and heart

All are welcome—this is a co-ed, inclusive space for anyone looking to celebrate Earth Day in a mindful and connected way.
