Welcome to our ALL - WOMEN HIKE, YOGA and SOUNDBATH event! Join us for our Galentine’s Edition event. Flowers or donations are welcome, but there’s absolutely no pressure — just show up. PLEASE WEAR PINK and or RED
Join us for a day of outdoor adventure and relaxation at Kenneth Hahn Trails . Start off with a scenic hike through the park, followed by a rejuvenating yoga session to stretch and unwind. Then, immerse yourself in a soothing sound bath to calm your mind and body. And before we release ourselves back into the world we will be setting our intentions .Don't miss out on this unique experience to connect with nature and recharge your spirit.
