We gather outside to ground, move, and reset in Prospect Park on May 24 at 11am.
Join us for a gentle outdoor experience in Brooklyn that begins with mindful movement and flows into a deeply restorative sound bath. Surrounded by nature, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and settle into stillness.
We’ll start with an all-levels yoga flow to open the body and release tension. From there, you’ll be invited to lie down and receive a sound bath using crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments—helping you drop into deep rest.
Move your body, bathe in sound, and give yourself space to fully unwind.
