Rest and release every Monday at 7PM during a gentle and restorative all-levels yoga class in the heart of Thornton Park—held at the outdoors at Kaleidoscope Thornton Park, just steps from Downtown Orlando and Lake Eola. Beginner friendly yoga class!

We discuss yoga beyond the physical practice, meditate, and find stillness in movement. Our flow is very intentional with an emphasis on breath awareness - a yoga class where you can truly be present. Our flow is a mix between Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with a bit of intuitive movement. After class enjoy a cup of complimentary herbal tea as you connect with like-minded souls and build community over empowering conversations!
